Manashi...

Manashi and I walked down the Mag Mile, enjoying the not-so-blistering cold weather and enjoying each others company. (Which at the time surprised me because we hadn’t really talked to each other much.) That night turned out to be the night that shaped our whole friendship. Manashi is the perfect example of a best friend. She is a great listener, a great storyteller, generous, loving, and everything a friend SHOULD be. I never thought we’d ever speak and now we’re best friends. Now, I’m in a hotel awaiting a plane that will forever change my future…but it will never change my past. One thing that I can control, is who I have in my life. I know for a fact that Manashi will always be in my future. So many things have changed me, but nothing had changed me more than Manashi. For the better of course =]

I don’t know what I would do without her. She is more than a friend. She is a sister, a mother (when I’m sick), a therapist, a teacher, a fellow comedian, and most of all, she taught me never to take shit from anyone and she always gave me that kick in the ass I needed.

Manashi - You are an absolutely the best friend I have ever had. You and Jess kept me alive all year. I honestly don’t know what I will do without you. I love you more than life itself.
